🚫 We do NOT process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

📦 Orders under $50 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99-$9.99, depending on the destination.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Use our Track My Order page to monitor your shipment.
- Tracking may take 3-7 days to update depending on carrier processing.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to:
- High demand, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
- Carrier-related issues outside of our control.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
